Refund Policy
Post & Print Supply Co. complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ensures that our customers are entitled to refunds, replacements, or repairs in accordance with their rights under the law.
Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase from us:

Is faulty, defective, or unsafe

Does not match the description or sample provided

Does not perform as promised or expected for its intended purpose
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit or exchange if the product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and with proof of purchase. Any such requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Returning a Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@postandprintsupplyco.com.au. To assist with your claim, we may request:

Photographic evidence of the fault or damage
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a refund, replacement, or repair as required. In some cases, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 3- 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Consumer guarantees do not apply if:

The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abnormal use

The defect was disclosed prior to purchase

The product has exceeded its reasonable lifespan
