1. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2  business days unless items are in stock, then we will ship the same day if ordered before 2 pm (Queensland Time)  (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

• Local Delivery (if applicable): Same or next business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available for most orders unless advertised otherwise on our website.

3. Bulk & Business Orders
For bulk or business orders, we offer special shipping options, including discounted postage rates and DPID barcoding for Australia Post bulk mailings. Contact us for custom shipping solutions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only. Some remote or regional areas may have longer delivery times. Hazardous or restricted items may have special shipping requirements.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping issues.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
